Will my expenses be covered?

Green Community Transport (GCT) covers volunteers “expenses” from their home and back for general minibus driving assignments, the current rate is 25p per mile. The passenger pays the Voluntary Car Scheme driver's “expenses” directly at a set mileage rate, currently 40p per mile. If a volunteer only drives for a particular group then we would expect that User Group to cover this expense.

Any additional “out of pocket” expenses are covered by the User Group or passenger you are driving for.
